WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer free shipping via USPS for domestic orders over $75. For orders under $75, we charge a flat shipping rate of $7.50. For 2 business day shipping we charge a flat rate of $19.95 and for Next Day Air shipping we charge a flat rate of $34.95. Currently, we do not offer international shipping but we are working on that and should be rolling it out later in 2019.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All online orders will ship from our warehouse/headquarters in Pottstown, Pa. The closer you are to there the quicker standard ground shipping will reach you.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?
If there is a size in an item that is sold out you can email us at Help@weitzenkorns.com asking us about it. If we can we will do our best to work with our brand partners and get you that item.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders received before 12:30pm EST. Monday - Friday will ship out that same day. Any order received after 12:30pm EST. Monday - Friday will ship out the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend will ship out the next business day.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY? HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If for any reason you would like to return/exchange the item or items you've purchased from us, please visit Weitzenkorns Returns/Exchange Form and submit us the order number and what you would like to return or exchange in the Comments/Questions box.
For customers returning goods to us, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Once you've initiated your return/exchange and received your shipping label, please send your merchandise (free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new) back to Weitzenkorns within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
Upon receipt of your returned goods, we'll handle your return or exchange as requested. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Some exclusions may apply to final sale items.
